Materials

The lily opens at the top, six pointed petals of milky white glass spreading out past the frame, so the piece takes the shape of the flower. Below it is a frame with a rounded base in clear glass pressed with a raised pattern, divided in two along the stem: held to the light, the left half shows the colour of whatever is behind it and the right half blushes pink. A white leaf reaches out to the left, and a band of pale green leaf runs up the right side. Few pieces and long cuts — a piece finished within one short session.
