A round panel on a ground of grained red glass. The three letters Q, D and M, cut from white glass, run in a row across the upper half, and below them a white lightning bolt lies on its side. The edge of every letter and of the bolt is soldered up into a raised ridge, so the letters stand clear of the red glass.
