A teacup in milky white glass, its handle curving to the right, sits on a stack of three books: pale pink at the top, grained turquoise in the middle, pale green at the bottom. Each spine carries a band of brown, amber or yellow glass as its label. The chain is fixed to either side of the cup's rim, so the whole stack of books hangs from the cup. Few pieces and nearly all straight cuts — a piece within reach of a first session at the atelier.
